Ford has approved the Transit welfare conversion as part of Cartwright’s place on its Qualified Vehicle Modifier Programme. Cartwright Conversion joins a select few converters in the Country that have formal approval to convert Ford’s vehicles. The award recognises Cartwright’s high standards of quality and attention to detail in every build. We are proud to say that we were the first converter to achieve accreditation for our Ford Transit welfare vehicle.
Cartwright’s welfare vehicles are built in-house from beginning to end so you have one point of contact and we can maintain a consistent standard of quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our six and seven seat Transit welfare conversions have Type Approval and go through a rigorous quality checking procedure before they leave our premises in Yorkshire.
The relationship with Ford extends right across Cartwright Conversions’ product categories. There are two mobility conversions – a Ford Transit Minibus and a Ford Transit Custom – both wheelchair accessible vehicles . And there are more exciting releases planned for the future.
